VIU's weekly employee enewsletter is the VIU Digest. All employees are welcome to submit items that meet the criteria below. The Digest publishes on Wednesdays (Thursdays after long weekends).
Have an item you'd like to run in the Digest? Email it to VIUDigest@viu.ca. The deadline is each Monday at 11 am for publication on Wednesday.

Criteria for publication
Items must be VIU-related, relevant to employees and short. Three to four sentences at most with a link to more information. We send anything back for a rewrite that does not fit this criteria. Deadline for submissions is every Monday at 11 am.
Repeats
We will run an item for two consecutive weeks. Issues become too long and too repetitive if we run items longer than that. There are some exceptions to this rule, which include some executive communications and institutional events.
